STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES

Most tank wash operators don’t need instructions for the majority of washes they perform. But for some difficult, specialized washes, there are detergent manufacturer’s instructions that must be followed. These Standard Operating Procedures, or SOP’s, are the pathway to an effective wash when paired with John-Henry Specialty Chemicals. They are no different than those “assembly instructions” that come with modern furniture – and you know what happens when you try assembling without reading them. You have to disassemble, then read the instructions (which you should have done in the first place), and then reassemble to achieve the desired result. “Difficult Cleans” with a matching SOP allow for tank washes to sell more services, get higher dollars, and even lower overhead by freeing up wash bays with quicker washes.
